Hidden gem of a beach, park within 5 minutes and walk through the under pass. Beach looked safe with a few places to eat & drink

We go to this park every time we visit southern california. We love the beach, and the cute restaurant there.

At first it seemed this park would be disappointing, but after entering at each of the entry points and walking along the trails and stopping to visit at the historic village, I changed my perspective. In the midst of a very crowded southern California area,...More

Took our two teenage sons and a six year old to the park. I enjoyed the trails all around the cliffs. We found the beach views to be stunning. The rocks being hit with large waves were great. It was not overly crowded either. There...More

This is a must see. A small hike down to the beach with lots of treasures - from the pools of water with sea creatures, a beautiful walk on the beach to their restaurant - a delightful afternoon.

Crystal Cove Beach is a nice placeto visit, however other than bathrooms there are few amenities. Quiet and away from the busy Laguna Beach area... bring your own supplies.

In Wednesdays you can make your own sea glass jewelry. It’s beautiful. The guy is very helpful and personal. Would go back.

Finding a piece of the beach that is so clean and pristine...taking one back to the 40s is a delight. It is right in the middle of California Pacific Highway crowds and yet it is a step back in time. The restaurant had great food...More

It is a bit of a walk down to the beach but it is definitely worth it! You do have to pay for parking since it is a state park but there is usually enough spaces and if you get there early enough the $10...More

Please confirm with a state park ranger, but there are picnic spaces on the cliff areas over the beach. I believe they do allow for a small propane grill but please confirm with the park staff.
